The double-lot property measures in total 1573 m2 (0.4 acres), is beautifully landscaped, and totally fenced in with 4 security cameras. We have smartly made full use of the land and created a truly relaxing family retreat. This 3800 sq.ft (350 m2) home has a beautiful flow with many attractive details. There is a spacious living/dining room that connects to the kitchen and also directly to the outside living areas and gardens. The large master bedroom has its own 4Pc ensuite and large walk in closet. The Second Bedroom also has a walk-in closet and shares a full 3Pc bathroom with Bedroom three , both Bedroom 2 and 3 have Beautiful view of lush backyard and pool. The backyard is designed to be a fun and entertaining retreat with several sunny and shaded areas. There is an oversized swimming pool with a jacuzzi and an outdoor shower, a funky surfer Ranchito, and a large beach-sports bar-style rancho with a grilling area and comfortable lounge seating. This extremely well-maintained home is waiting for your family vacation. Note: Price includes 4 guest and is extra $20 per day/visit to maximum of 8.
